As a person- centered therapist, our therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together. Ours is a collaborative partnership where you have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself; to connect to yourself in a way that fosters empathy and self- compassion. When this happens, I believe, those qualities are naturally extended outside the
therapy space, to your personal relationships; creating more genuine and meaningful connection with others.

I believe all people possess the full capacity to make life-enriching, meaningful change. We will work together to identify opportunities to do something different, navigate the barriers, and focus on your values and strengths so that you can make the changes that are important to you.
